Who We Are
We're a small team with a big passion for cocktails and natural ingredients. What started as a hobby in our own kitchen is now a workshop for dried fruits, valued in bars and home kitchens alike. Every fruit slice is hand-selected and gently dried.
How Our Fruits Are Dried
We use a gentle air-drying process at low temperatures. This preserves flavor, color, and aroma, entirely without preservatives or sulfur. The process takes 12 to 24 hours depending on the fruit. The result: crispy, aromatic slices that elevate any drink.
Why Dried Fruits for Cocktails
Fresh fruits get soggy, lose their shape, and can dilute a drink's flavor. Dried fruits, on the other hand, keep their structure, release their aroma slowly, and look great for hours. They're the more elegant, durable, and flavorful choice for any bar.
